The terms you are agreeing to. While the product is early.

These terms cover your use of Wishfleet during early access. They are written to be read once, by you, rather than filed unread.

What Wishfleet does.

Wishfleet coordinates the work that gets a listing ready. It holds the job, contacts the vendors and workers on your roster, collects their quotes, books the work, and tells you where everything stands.

It is a coordination tool and nothing more. Wishfleet does not do the work, does not employ the people who do it, and is not a party to your agreement with them. Whatever you agree with a vendor is between you and that vendor. That includes price, scope, insurance and payment.

This is early access.

Wishfleet is in active development with a small number of agents. Features arrive, change and get withdrawn, sometimes week to week. We make no uptime commitment and we do not guarantee that a feature you use today will be there next month.

Keep your own copy of anything you would be sorry to lose. Wishfleet should not yet be your only system of record.

Your account.

You need to be old enough to enter into a contract where you live, and authorized to act for the business whose work you are coordinating. Keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us if you think somebody else has gotten into your account.

Everything done under your account is treated as done by you. If you give somebody else access, what they do is your responsibility.

What you tell the coordinator to do.

Wishfleet drafts messages and sends them to real people under your name. You are responsible for the instructions you give it and for what goes out. Read what you approve.

Your account starts on “Review all messages”, which holds every message until you release it. If you move it to “Review only key messages”, you are accepting that the coordinator answers routine replies without showing you each one first. That is your choice to make and yours to live with.

The contact details you put into Wishfleet have to be ones you are entitled to use: your own crew, your own sellers, people who expect to hear from you about this work. Do not use Wishfleet to send unsolicited messages, and do not use it to send anything unlawful, misleading or harassing.

Acceptable use.

Do not try to reach another account's data, do not probe or interfere with the service, do not scrape it or copy it to build something else, and do not put so much load on it that the service degrades for other people. We can suspend an account that does any of that, and we will tell you why.

What it costs.

Wishfleet is free during early access. There is no charge today, and we collect no payment details. If that changes, we will tell you in advance, and you can decide whether to carry on.

What we do not promise.

The coordinator is software. It drafts messages and makes scheduling judgments with the help of a language model, and it will sometimes be wrong — it can misread a reply, misjudge a date, or draft something you would have worded differently.

Wishfleet is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. We do not promise that a vendor will reply, that a quote is accurate, that a booking will hold, or that a listing will be ready on the date the schedule shows. Check anything that a closing depends on.

Limits on what we owe you.

To the extent the law allows, Wishfleet is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — a missed listing date, a sale that fell through, a commission you did not earn, or work a vendor did or did not do. Our total liability to you for any claim connected to the service is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Some places do not allow those limits, and where that is true they apply only as far as the law allows.

Ending it.

You can stop using Wishfleet whenever you like, and you can ask us to delete what we hold — the privacy policy says how that works and what deletion does not remove.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we wind the service down, or stop serving your account for any other reason, we will tell you by email and give you time to get your data out.

Changes, and how to reach us.

We revise these terms as the product changes, and we change the date at the top of the page when we do. If you carry on using Wishfleet after a change, you accept it. If we make a change you would not have agreed to, tell us and stop using Wishfleet — that is what the previous section is for.

Questions about any of this go to [email protected]. The privacy policy covers what we do with your data.
